Corrosion protection tape for metal pipeline

Jining XunDa Anti-corrosion Tape Corrosion protection tape for metal pipeline is polyethylene cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Waste Water underground or overhead pipelines.

Usage and Features:
1. Widely used on underground and overhead pipelines anticorrosion protection system.

3. Resistant to UV

4. Can be applied over a wide temperature range from-30°C to 80°C 

5. Good conformability and consistent uniform thickness      

6. Cold applied ,and easily applied with no special equipment

8. Excellent resistance to cathodic disbonding 

9. Meets ASTM D 1000 Standard

10. Long term corrosion protection and mechanical resistance 

The tape consists of two layers, adhesive and film
Inner layer:   butyl rubber
Outer layer:  polyethylene
Thickness:  0.35 - 1.30mm
Width:      50-300mm
Length:     30 - 200m
Tapes specifications: 
1) T-150 with 0.51mm / 20mil thickness and 50 - 300mm width
2) T-165 with 0.65mm / 25mil thickness and 50 - 300mm width
3) T-180 with 0.80mm / 30mil thickness and 50 - 300mm width
